1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to:
- Toolbase ("the Service"), a web-based MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration platform and app store developed by Toolbase
By accessing, registering for, or using Toolbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the Toolbase web platform. Other Toolbase products or services may have separate terms and conditions.
2. Service Description
Toolbase is a web-based MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration platform and app store that allows individuals and teams to:
- Discover and integrate MCP tools and services
- Manage AI tool configurations and connections
- Access a curated marketplace of integrations
- Collaborate on team-based integration setups
- Configure and deploy MCP servers and tools
3. Account Registration and Use
Account Creation
To use Toolbase, you must:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
Acceptable Use

5. Open Source Version
Toolbase also offers an open source version with different terms:

- You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect through Toolbase
- We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party integrations
7. Analytics and Data Collection

- PostHog and Fathom Analytics are used for product analytics and website traffic analysis

- We store your configurations to provide the service
- You can export or delete your configurations at any time
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement
Data Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- However, no system is 100% secure, and you use the service at your own risk
- We are not liable for data breaches caused by third-party integrations
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected services
Data Retention

9. Warranties and Liability

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolbase is not liable for:

- Third-party integration failures or data breaches
- Damages resulting from your use of connected services
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
